It’s Mentone Fall Festival Time

Celebrate autumn in the heart of Mentone at the annual Fall Festival, happening Saturday, Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the historic Moon Lake Campus. This beloved community gathering features live music, art vendors, food trucks, and plenty of activities for all ages.

A highlight of this year’s event is the Scarecrow Competition, where locals and visitors alike can create whimsical displays inspired by “The Spirit of Mentone.” From woodland creatures and mountain traditions to recycled-material masterpieces, entries will bring the festival grounds to life. Ribbons and prizes will be awarded, and the community will vote for the People’s Choice.

Families can enjoy hands-on crafts, kid-friendly fun, and a special Fall Art Show spotlighting artwork from local 5th and 6th graders. Whether you come for the music, the art, or the small-town charm, the Mentone Fall Festival promises a full day of mountain magic and community spirit.
